
Jeff T. Dyar, former EMS program chair at the National Fire Academy, is co-author of the Pearson textbook, Burnout to Balance: EMS Stress, along with Judi Light Hopson and Emma H. Hopson, R.N. He is also author of the Brady textbook, Emergency Care, published in 2004. Jeff has partnered with Hopson Global Education and Training to facilitate national stress management training for police/fire/EMS workers.
Jeff will work with Hopson Global Education and Training, and our affiliates, to design training for critical areas related to Homeland Security:
* Stress management education for healthcare workers to prepare for mass casualty care operations
* Curriculum development for college-level classes
* Seminar training and onsite consultation
Jeff has been honored at the White House for his leadership in emergency response during the September 11th attacks. He was honored at the White House on three separate occasions for his contributions to EMS and the Fire Services. He has received the James O. Page Lifetime Achievement Award, Reinvention of Government Award, and the Presidential Award.
